Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration

This event celebrating Mickey’s 90th Birthday is full of new and exciting surprises for guests at Magic Kingdom, including all new entertainment, merchandise, and unique food and beverages, and more! Here are just a few of the new things to experience during this celebration:

  • ​Mickey and Minnie will be greeting guests TOGETHER, dressed in their party attire, inside Town Square Theater.
  • Town Square Theater will feature a guestbook at the “celebration station” where guests can sign and share their thoughts and experiences at the celebration.
  • ”Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party” will feature an all new song called, “It’s a Good Time.” The party takes place multiple times each day.
  • Storybook Circus will feature a meet and greet with Mickey’s favorite pal, Pluto, at Pete’s Silly Sideshow.

Party with Pixar Pals and more as Disney’s Hollywood Studios celebrates its 30th anniversary!
  • May 1, 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The celebration begins January 18, 2019 and continues ALL YEAR LONG!
  • Meet Mike and Sulley inside the monster world at Walt Disney Presents.
  • Pixar Place has been transformed into a Municiberg City Block and is the perfect place to celebrate the heroic deeds of Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible (aka Elastigirl), and Frozone who will make appearances throughout the day. What better way to celebrate with your favorite Supers than at a party with lots of dancing, music, and games??
  • For the first time, guests will be able to meet super-suit designer, Edna Mode! Don’t forget to check out some of her greatest creations along the way.
  • During your visit to Municiberg, keep an eye out for signs of the youngest Incredible-Jack-Jack! It’s clear he’s been loose and using his powers all over Municiberg!!

Disney After Hours
Select dates January-April 2019

This separately ticketed event at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom theme parks is currently being offered select nights through April 2019. Your ticket to this special event allows you to stay in the park for 3 extra hours after park closing to experience many of your favorite rides and attractions with little to no wait. Some snacks and beverages are included. Tickets are limited and can be purchased in advance for $125 plus tax (adults and children) or $129 plus tax (adults and children) on the day of the event. Annual Passholder and DVC members can take advantage of specially priced tickets for $95 plus tax (adults and children).

Magic Kingdom: January 7, 17, 24, and 28
Hollywood Studios: January 12 and 19
Animal Kingdom: January 8, 16, 22, and 31


Disney’s Early Morning Magic at Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios
Select dates January-August 2019

Make your morning extra magical with this limited ticket special event inside the park. Attendance requires a regular theme park ticket and an Early Morning Magic reservation. You’ll be among the first guests in the park and will have unlimited access to some of the most popular attractions. Your reservation also includes an all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast at one of the Quick service locations inside the park. Here are some more details about Early Morning Magic at each park:

  • Seasonal fruit

The event goes from 7:45-9:00am with breakfast being served until 10:00am.

​Breakfast is typically served at Backlot Express or ABC Commissary and includes an assortment of entrees to choose from as well as a buffet featuring typical continental breakfast items. Some of the offerings include:

A wide range of events that run through all four of the theme parks, including a Family Fun Run 5K, followed by a 10K, a Half Marathon and then the Full Marathon

EPCOT International Festival of the Arts
This event was such a success during it's debut year in 2018, that Disney is bringing it back on an even larger scale in 2019! This is the place to be for great music, shows, food, artwork and more!
The Disney on Broadway Concert series takes place the the American Gardens Theatre in EPCOT's World Showcase every evening. Showtimes are currently scheduled for 5:30, 6:45, and 8:00PM.

Disney on Broadway Dining Packages are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and include a three-course meal or buffet, depending the location, as well as reserved seating for the Disney on Broadway Concert. Participating locations are Akershus Banquet Hall, Coral Reef Restaurant, Biergarten Restaurant, The Garden Grill, and Rose & Crown Pub and Dining Room.

There are many experiences available from workshops to seminars to special photo opportunities. Don't miss this one of a kind experience!

This festival takes place every spring at EPCOT and is absolutley breathtaking each and every year. Here you will discover beautiful topiaries and gardens, sample some delicious treats throughout the food kiosks around the World Showcase, and experience some fantastic entertainment in the form of the "Garden Rocks" concert series. This concert is included with your regular park admission.

Celebrate the summer with the ultimate glow party at Typhoon Lagoon. This separately ticketed event takes place select nights May 30-August 24, 2019 from 8:00-11:00pm (Guests with event tickets may arrive early, beginning at 6:00pm). Included in this event are a dance party on the beach, Toy Story themed experiences including meet and greets with Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and Woody, tempting food and beverage offerings-including a special area for adult partygoers with entertainment and refreshing libations available for purchase.
Tickets for this event are $59 plus tax for adults and $54 plus tax for children (ages 3-9)

Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party (Magic Kingdom)

Mickey's Not-so Scary Halloween Party takes place on select nights throughout the months of August-November this year. The party runs from 7pm til midnight each night that it is offered. There are several attractions and activities that are exclusive to the Halloween parties: you can see many of your favorite Disney characters all dressed up in their Halloween costumes, trick-or-treat at select locations throughout the park,
see the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular, watch Mickey's Boo to You Halloween Parade, and top off the night by watching Happy Hallowishes-a dazzling fireworks display with a Halloween theme.

These parties are separately ticketed events and are NOT included in your park admission to Magic Kingdom. I recommend purchasing your tickets as early as possible, as there are a limited number of tickets sold for each party and they do tend to sell out. Prices start at $79 plus tax.

EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
​
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival takes place every fall. This is an extremely popular event where there are multiple international marketplace "kiosks" throughout World Showcase. These kiosks offer tapas-sized portions of many regional specialties from around the world. In addition to being able to eat your way around the world, you also have the opportunity to attend food and beverage seminars featuring celebrity chefs for an additional charge.
Also included in the festival is the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. The Festival and Concerts are included in your regular admission to EPCOT.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (Magic Kingdom)

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party is held on select nights during the months of Nov. and Dec. each year. The parties begin at 7PM and run until Midnight each night they are offered. Christmas comes to life during Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Holiday Wishes fireworks, Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration stage show and the beautiful snowfall over Main Street, U.S.A.
Some of your favorite characters will be decked out in their Christmas best, and ready to meet you. Cookies and hot chocolate will be available at no extra charge at select locations throughout the park. This party is a separately ticketed event and is NOT included in your regular admission to Magic Kingdom. I recommend getting your tickets early, as tickets are limited and these parties do tend to sell out.

Dates for the 2019 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have not yet been announced.
